Since 1998, SINA has been committed to providing quality primary healthcare to underserved communities in Karachi, reaching over 1.2 million patients annually across 40 locations. Through this partnership, Decibel HRMS’s advanced technology will help strengthen our internal systems, enhance workforce productivity, and enable our teams to serve with even greater efficiency. This step marks an important milestone in aligning our mission with innovative digital solutions that support sustainable growth. This collaboration was spearheaded by SINA’s leadership team, including Riyaz Chinoy, Mohsin Safdar, and Syed Asaad Ayub Ahmed, with Hina Hameed and Syeda Mahira Ajaz from the HR department, who will be leading the implementation of this change. Together with Decibel HRMS, we are charting a new path for digital transformation in the not-for-profit healthcare sector — one that will enable us to serve our communities with renewed confidence and impact.
SINA & Life Support Training – Building Lifesaving Communities in Primary Health Care
At SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust, our mission is to make quality healthcare accessible to all. In our primary health care settings, we’re committed to equipping individuals with life-saving skills through Basic Life Support (BLS) Training. ✨ Impact of BLS Training in Primary Health Care: ✅ Improved response to emergencies: Primary health care staff can respond effectively to life-threatening emergencies. ✅ Enhanced patient safety: BLS training promotes a culture of safety and preparedness. ✅ Increased staff confidence: Trained staff feel more confident in managing emergencies. ✅ Better patient outcomes: Prompt BLS interventions can lead to improved patient outcomes. 📸 Our Recent Training Session We recently conducted a BLS training session for primary health care staff, including doctors and healthcare professionals. The session was conducted by Pakistan Life Savers Programme (PLSP). We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mohsin Safdar as the Chief Executive Officer of SINA. Mr. Safdar brings with him a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to building sustainable organizations. With decades of leadership at Pakistan Cables Limited and International Industries Limited (IIL), culminating in his role as CEO of IIL Americas, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving sustainable growth through robust systems and processes.
