Since 1998, SINA has been committed to providing quality primary healthcare to underserved communities in Karachi, reaching over 1.2 million patients annually across 40 locations. Through this partnership, Decibel HRMS’s advanced technology will help strengthen our internal systems, enhance workforce productivity, and enable our teams to serve with even greater efficiency. This step marks an important milestone in aligning our mission with innovative digital solutions that support sustainable growth. This collaboration was spearheaded by SINA’s leadership team, including Riyaz Chinoy, Mohsin Safdar, and Syed Asaad Ayub Ahmed, with Hina Hameed and Syeda Mahira Ajaz from the HR department, who will be leading the implementation of this change. Together with Decibel HRMS, we are charting a new path for digital transformation in the not-for-profit healthcare sector — one that will enable us to serve our communities with renewed confidence and impact.

The session was conducted by Pakistan Life Savers Programme (PLSP). We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mohsin Safdar as the Chief Executive Officer of SINA. Mr. Safdar brings with him a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to building sustainable organizations. With decades of leadership at Pakistan Cables Limited and International Industries Limited (IIL), culminating in his role as CEO of IIL Americas, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving sustainable growth through robust systems and processes.
