We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mohsin Safdar as the Chief Executive Officer of SINA. Mr. Safdar brings with him a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to building sustainable organizations. With decades of leadership at Pakistan Cables Limited and International Industries Limited (IIL), culminating in his role as CEO of IIL Americas, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving sustainable growth through robust systems and processes. His expertise and vision will further strengthen SINA’s mission of delivering quality healthcare to underserved communities.

We are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust and the The i-Care Foundation. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to quality primary healthcare for underserved communities, while also ensuring greater transparency and more meaningful donor partnerships. The MoU was formally signed by Syed Hasan Ali, Country Director, I-Care Foundation, and Mohsin Safdar, CEO, SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust. Also present at the occasion were Sheraz Sarwar, CPM (ILSSI-UK), Associate Program & Donor Engagement, I-Care Foundation; Maria Shafiq, Head of Marketing, SINA; and Samantha Francis Chawry, Assistant Manager, Marketing & Partnerships, SINA, who will play a vital role in implementing and carrying forward this collaboration. Through this strategic alliance, SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust and I-Care Foundation aim to build stronger bridges between local healthcare needs and global philanthropy, creating opportunities for international donors to support impactful, sustainable healthcare solutions in Pakistan. Together, we are not only delivering treatment—we are working towards healthier, more resilient communities.

This partnership marks an important step toward creating lasting impact and achieving milestones that truly matter. The MoU was signed in the presence of Ms. Maria Shafiq, Head of Marketing, and Ms. Samantha Francis Chawry, Assistant Manager Marketing & Partnerships, representing SINA. In exchange, HSA will confer the status of Visiting Faculty to qualified SINA staff, in recognition of their contributions, provided the regulatory standards are upheld.
