Resource Mobilization Committee
The Resource Mobilization Committee (RMC) comprises of six members, organized under. This structure ensures targeted outreach and fundraising, while fostering accountability and unified reporting across all resource mobilization initiatives.
The Chairman of the RMC is appointed by the Board from among the Trustees, while the Secretary to the Committee is the Company Secretary. The tenure of the Committee members is three years, aligned with the tenure of the Board of Governors. Meetings are held at least three times a year or at such other frequency as the Chairman may determine. The minutes of RMC meetings are recorded and archived by the Secretary and circulated to all members.

Terms of Reference of the Resource Mobilization Committee Members
The RMC is mandated to assist the Board in fundraising, strategy development, and oversight of the resource mobilization function at SINA. It provides strategic guidance to enhance domestic and international donor engagement, strengthen fundraising structures, and ensure alignment with the ’s annual objectives.
The salient features of the Terms of Reference of the RMC are as follows:
- Periodically review the revenue targets set for SINA.
- Take actions to enhance international donations, including establishing global chapters.
- Develop, review, and revise the resource mobilization strategy of SINA.
- Review donor publications and updates, recommending changes to content and format.
- Monitor marketing and campaign activities to ensure cost efficiency.
- Assess funding gaps in existing projects and recommend strategies to bridge them.
- Review requirements for certifications and audits that may facilitate fundraising.
- Set KPIs and provide input for performance appraisal of the Partnerships Department.
- Support Management and the Partnerships Department in executing the resource mobilization strategy, including identifying and connecting with donors.
- Plan and finalize yearly trips and fundraising events with fixed dates and budgets.
- Establish measurable fundraising targets aligned with annual goals, break them down across teams, and conduct quarterly reviews to monitor progress.
- Ensure that all targets and milestones are reviewed in the Committee’s meetings, with teams providing concise progress updates.
