SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust

Corporate Governance

SINA’s operations depend upon the clearly defined rules and processes that are developed by its board of trustees who have combined their diverse and extensive experiences to reflect integrity, openness and honesty in SINA’s work, making sure all the stakeholders benefit from it and trust the scope SINA has.

SINA’s competent management makes sure that the rules and processes passed down by the board of trustees are implemented to the best of their use so the stakeholders, especially donors can be content with their Zakat and donations being used to effectively and efficiently to serve the sole purpose of benefiting disadvantaged patients.

Moreover, functional committees are created that include trustees and a few other credible figures from the relevant fields to overlook, guide and advice functional departments on their work and address specific issues that affect their work and productivity.
