Community Health Benefits SINA Provides

INCREASED ACCESS TO HEALTH SERVICES

SINA’s efforts have been especially critical for underprivileged patients who do not have the financial means to meet their healthcare needs. SINA not only provides primary care but also awareness and knowledge about healthcare to add to its awareness.

IDENTIFYING HEALTH CONCERNS

Working in over 38 low-income communities has enabled SINA to identify unique health concerns within the communities it serves. The identification further helps draw disease analysis and determines social and environmental factors that create these health concerns within various communities.

FOCUSED ON PREVENTION

SINA’s primary care model has a strong emphasis on preventative measures. It works with communities that contract most diseases due to unsafe water, sanitation, & hygiene (WASH) and low health awareness that is tackled by SINA to reduce the frequency of preventable & communicable diseases.

EXPANDING PRIMARY CARE OUTREACH

SINA has grown into a network of 38 primary care clinic locations in some of the most vulnerable communities having no or very less access to quality health services. These clinics serve as a haven to the poorest patients living in the urban slums. SINA is dedicated to increase its primary care clinics in number to cater to as many disadvantaged patients as it can.
