Investment Committee

The Investment Committee (BIC) is a standing committee appointed by the Board of Trustees (BoT) with a mandate to oversee and provide guidance to the BoT in SINA’s investment management activities. The Committee shall recommend and monitor a framework that ensures investments of endowment and surplus funds are deployed only in Shariah Compliant Modes (SCMs) in a manner that provides a steady stream of income to supplement donations, meet expenditures, and contribute to SINA’s long-term financial sustainability.
