Dr. Asif Ali Imam:

Dr. Asif Ali Imam, a graduate of DOW medical college completed his residency and specialization in immunology from USA. Settled in Los Angeles, California for 12 years, he had an excellent grasp on the systematic quality healthcare in America. Dr. Asif was well aware of the significant challenges faced by people in Karachi in terms of healthcare, therefore, against the advice of many, dr. Asif wrapped up his life in America and moved back to Karachi with his family in 1998.

Muhammad Fazil Bharucha:

A partner at Bharucha & Co., he holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Law. He practices Intellectual Property Law and is an enrolled advocate of the Sindh High Court. Mr. Bharucha is also a Trustee of Aitemaad Pakistan Trust.

Dr. Naseeruddin Mahmood:

Associated with the Aga Khan University Hospital as a Consultant Pediatrician and Neonatologist, Dr. Mahmood is involved in several public health initiatives in Pakistan. He is a Trustee of the Childlife Foundation and is also actively involved with the Karachi Relief Trust.

Sohail Ahmed:

An industrialist by profession, he holds an MBA from University of Houston, USA and is a Director at MN Textiles Private Limited. Mr. Ahmed brings to SINA an extensive experience in management and finance. He has been associated with SINA since its inception.

Irfan Z. Bawany:

Mr. Irfan Z. Bawany is a Chief Executive Officer at Anam Fabrics (Pvt) Ltd. He is also on the Board of Farhan Sugar Mills Ltd. And Reliance Insurance Co. Ltd. As a non-executive director. Mr. Bawany Is a Member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston.

Muhammad Rafiq Rangoonwala:

Mr. Rangoonwala went to the United States of America in 1979 after earning his BA (Hons.) from University of Karachi. He attended Wittermore School of Business, University of New Hampshire, to complete his Executive Development course and later earned his MBA in Marketing.

Jalaluddin Idrus:

An educationist from Birmingham UK with 30 years’ experience in teaching and management, he moved to Pakistan and devoted his life to social welfare of the indigent. He is also the Voluntary Project Manager for Al-Ansar Education and Welfare Trust. Mr. Jalaluddin is heavily involved in welfare projects in Orangi Town area of Karachi.
